Glutenfree Vegan Carrot Bread Recipe

I veganized and glutenfreed mum’s traditional corn bread and the results were great (even she liked it better 🙂 )

4 cup corn flour

havuclu ekmek31 cup rice flour

10 gr baking powder

3 shredded carrots

1 shredded onion

(total makes 2,5 cup pf carrot+onion)

1 cup liquid veggie oil

2 cup soy milk

1 cup water

1 ts himalayan salt

Sesame seeds to decorate

You can either use blender or a grater for carrots and onions. In a bowl, mix everything with your hands. The texture will be much more liquid than a bread dough. More like a muffin&cake dough.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 min. Bake the mixture decorated with sesame seeds for 30 min at 200 degrees.
