I am in love with Indian food, Dal, rice, chapati, veg. curry, momo etc. But after 1 month of raw food diet in Thailand, sometimes i miss the lightness i had, so i designed a very easy, practical detox.
1 liter Coconut Juice (a superfood by itself)
Papayas and bananas as much as you want (papaya good for cleansing, banana good for soul:))
Plain porridge (hot water and oats or barley) It is warm and filling. Gives a nice feeling and don’t let you feel hungry. You can add some Himalayan Salt if you want. Or steamed brown rice is just fine.
Lots of water and herbal tea.
Even eating 1 day caffeine, white sugar, fat and animal free make you feel clean and high in energy!
